Change your Mindsets
Mindsets are what makes us who we are, they guide our decision making processes, they govern how we relate to people, etc. and usually exist on a somewhat subconscious level, meaning they are not always completely evident and have to be identified before we can alter them.
Sometimes in network marketing we can have mindsets that will have a negative effect on our level of success. For instance, if you have a thought deep inside your mind that is saying to you that you will be rejected, when you invite people into your opportunity, that mindset might keep you from inviting many people and you might not even realize it.
Identify what you are thinking and push past it until you see some breakthrough, then take that breakthrough even if it is limited, and concentrate on it the next time you are dealing with your negative mindset. Your negative mindset was created by an experience, and your positive mindset will also be created by experience.
If you are realizing that you are scared to recruit, go through the process of recruiting as many people as you can, keeping in mind that you are scared of it. As you go through the process of recruiting, you will have some success; concentrate on the success, not on the people that say "no" and form yourself a new mindset!

Have a Vision for the Future and Hold Onto It
Right from the beginning, even before they are financially successful, “Successful” Marketers know where they are going, and then they just figure out how they are going to get there along the way. When they hit a road block on the road to success, they don’t give up, they figure out how to get around it.
Keep the earning potential, the ability to spend more time with your family, the ability to travel the world, or whatever it is that you would like to be able to do in your thoughts all the time. Write down your goals, and post them somewhere you can see them every day.
When you have disappointment, or difficulties, remind yourself where you are going, and try to not get stuck in the moment.
Things pass, problems get solved, people come and go, and your success is always waiting for you, the potential for you to become highly successful in every area of your life NEVER goes away!
